By accessing the hs5555 platform, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet or wager, or otherwise using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. Underage Gambling is Strictly Prohibited. hs5555 employs mandatory age verification. Any Account found to have been opened by a person under the minimum age will be immediately suspended. All deposits and winnings associated with such an Account may be forfeited and reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
4.1 Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on hs5555. Opening, operating or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
4.2 During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details. You are obligated to keep this information current.
4.3 hs5555 may require you to complete KYC verification at any point, including but not limited to before processing a withdrawal, upon reaching certain deposit or transaction thresholds, or where required by AML controls. Typical KYC documentation includes:
4.4 Documents must be uploaded exclusively through hs5555's secure HTTPS-verified portal. Never transmit identity documents via unsecured email, social media platforms or third-party chat applications.
4.5 You must never submit falsified, altered, cropped, digitally manipulated or otherwise inauthentic documents. Submission of fraudulent documentation constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure, forfeiture of funds and reporting to competent authorities.
4.6 hs5555 reserves the right to suspend Account access pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification without liability to the Player.
5.1 The Services are provided for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, resale or any other exploitation of the Services for profit outside of normal wagering activities is prohibited.
5.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. You accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account.
5.3 If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify hs5555 support immediately at [email protected].
5.4 hs5555 provides the Services on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability of some or all Services.
5.5 All content, odds, game results and account transactions displayed on hs5555 should be treated as informational. In the event of any system error or technical fault resulting in an incorrect display of odds, results or balances, hs5555 reserves the right to correct the error. Bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a system fault may be voided.
6.1 Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. hs5555 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person.
6.2 Account balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a deposit is made in a different currency, conversion will occur at the prevailing rate applicable at the time of the transaction.
6.3 Payment method names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced on hs5555 for contextual familiarity. These references do not imply that any named institution endorses, is affiliated with, or supports gambling activity on hs5555.
6.4 hs5555 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits on Accounts. Current limits, if applicable, will be displayed within the Account cashier interface.
6.5 Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any third-party processing timelines outside hs5555's control.
6.6 hs5555 operates under AML obligations. Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns may be subject to investigation, delays or reporting to relevant competent authorities without prior notice to the Player.
7.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method in the name of the registered Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
7.2 Completion of KYC verification is a prerequisite for processing any withdrawal. hs5555 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all required verification steps have been satisfactorily completed.
7.3 Withdrawal processing times are provided as target timelines and are subject to change based on payment method, AML review requirements, banking processing times and other factors outside hs5555's direct control.
7.4 hs5555 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum withdrawal limits. Where a withdrawal request exceeds the maximum, the excess may be carried forward for processing in subsequent transaction batches.
7.5 Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw before satisfying Wagering Requirements may result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds.
7.6 hs5555 may, at its sole discretion, require a Player to return a deposit made in error or processed as a result of a technical fault, regardless of any bets placed using that deposit.
8.1 All promotional offers, bonuses, free bets and special incentives are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
8.2 Bonuses are intended for genuine entertainment purposes. Systematic abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, hedging, exploitation of errors or multi-Account abuse — constitutes prohibited conduct and grounds for Account closure.
8.3 Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for that promotion, after which Bonus Funds expire without compensation.
8.4 hs5555 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to any rights already accrued by a Player in respect of a current active promotion.
Any bonus figures mentioned on hs5555 — including welcome bonus amounts expressed in PKR — are illustrative examples unless confirmed as currently active offers. Always check the applicable promotion terms before claiming a bonus.
9.1 All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. hs5555 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed, except where expressly permitted under the rules applicable to a specific market or event.
9.2 Odds and market availability are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable to a bet are those displayed at the point the bet is confirmed by the Player.
9.3 In the event that a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or otherwise affected in a manner that renders a market void, hs5555 will settle the affected market in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules, which may include voiding bets and returning stakes.
9.4 Live in-play betting markets are offered at hs5555's discretion. Live odds are updated in real time and may be suspended at any time. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided.
9.5 Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or by live dealer play as applicable. Historical outcomes do not influence future results.
9.6 Maximum payout limits per bet, per event or per day may apply. Current limits, where applicable, will be communicated within the relevant product interface.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hs5555 and may result in immediate Account suspension, closure and forfeiture of funds, as well as reporting to relevant competent authorities:

11.3 Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. Once a self-exclusion is in place, hs5555 will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded Player from gambling during the exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent this restriction.

12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No other rights in the Content are granted.
12.3 You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, transmit, scrape, mirror or otherwise exploit any Content without prior written permission from hs5555.
13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hs5555 excludes all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Services and your use thereof.
13.2 hs5555 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure.
13.3 hs5555's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by you in the three-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by hs5555's gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by hs5555.
14.1 hs5555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that these Terms have been breached, that prohibited conduct has occurred, or that maintaining the Account would expose hs5555 to legal, regulatory or reputational risk.
14.2 Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any Real Money Fund balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via a verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
14.3 Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, or AML-related concerns, hs5555 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, report the matter to competent authorities.
14.4 Players may request closure of their own Account at any time by contacting support. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with normal procedures prior to closure.
15.1 hs5555 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players by a notice on the hs5555 website or by communication to the registered email address associated with your Account, where applicable.
15.2 The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Services following notification of a material change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.3 If you do not accept any material change to these Terms, you must cease using the Services and contact support to request Account closure.
16.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hs5555 is registered and licensed to operate. This does not affect any mandatory statutory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
16.2 In the event of a dispute between you and hs5555, you are encouraged to contact the customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. Most disputes can be resolved promptly through direct communication.
16.3 Players in Pakistan are reminded that the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and related regulations may govern gambling activity in their jurisdiction. hs5555 does not represent that its Services are lawful in Pakistan and accepts no liability for a Player's breach of applicable local law.
